Obviously no books were spent so a ton of those points will go towards the other skills that are not in the 90's. This will result in 100s in every skill except Barter which doesn't need it due to Master Trader.

Functionally this build requires only 27 books to get 100s in all but 2 skills ( barter as mentioned, and unarmed ). This is without comprehension dispelling the myth that you can only get 100s in more than a few skills with it and the useless skill adders like Daddy's Boy/Girl, Gun Nut etc.
