Strength, 2? Intelligence 9? In no way is efficient early on, so maybe put Intelligence to 6 and Strength back up to 5, as in the early levels Caps are hard to come buy and you'll need to carry that extra loot. :)

I was thinking the same thing but didn't want to waste my Intelligence with it, lol. I saw another char the same way too. A energy weapon user with a str of 3.
